Why we made MB Pathways
“I want to be involved, but my school doesn’t have a chapter.”
MB Pathways was created to close that gap. Building neurosurgical and neuroscience capacity starts long before anyone enters the operating room or the research lab. Pathways gives motivated trainees a real place to learn, contribute, and grow—through mentorship, research exposure, and community involvement—even when a campus chapter isn’t available.
