Summer Intern
Summer Internship Opportunity Administrative Support | Mission:BRAIN HQ
Mission:BRAIN is looking for motivated summer interns to support administrative and operational work at our headquarters.
This opportunity is ideal for students or early-career professionals interested in nonprofit operations, global health, education, program coordination, and mission-driven work.
Interns will support the Mission:BRAIN team with day-to-day administrative tasks that help keep our organization, programs, and events running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Support general administrative and operational tasks at Mission:BRAIN HQ
- Help organize documents, folders, trackers, forms, and internal resources
- Support event and program coordination as needed
- Help maintain internal systems and workflows, including Notion
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and task tracking
- Support communications and outreach preparation when needed
- Contribute to special projects across Mission:BRAIN initiatives
Preferred Skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort working with digital tools and shared systems
- Familiarity with Notion or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Zoom, and similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Interest in Mission:BRAIN’s work in global neurosurgery, education, and health equity
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven nonprofit environment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with administrative work, takes initiative, learns quickly, and can support different projects in a fast-moving team setting.
